Suggestion: Allow ship fitting to have their name entries as modifyable fields in the Ship Fitting list and Simulator fitting window. Allow active updates to preexisting fits (WIP fittings, Modification for module tiericide updates etc) with out having to save a new entry.
Keywords: UI, Fitting, ship name, simulation
Note:
Allows for updating the ship name fitting and update the modules as needed. No additional entry to the database needs to be added but rather modifications to the current entity.

Suggestion: UI Chat window default settings for all newly spawned chats
Keywords: Chat, font, portrait, settings
Note:
Allow users to customize the current chat defaults for all spawned chat windows globally to allow all new chats to default to a font size, portrait display and member list layout.

Suggestion: Re-enable double tapping tab to rollup and roll down all open windows
Keywords: UI, anchored, tab, minimize, maximize
Note: This was a feature that was removed in December 2015 and has been discussed with the UI team member (CCP TurtlePower is aware of this request) . This feature is useful for quickly asessing what is happening in the game behind all the windows open.
Current implemented feature to pull all windows to the neocom and back out (which maximizes everything) is not exactly the similar feature. This is useful in a varity of situations including managing the UI while working planetary interaction, viewing the grid when moving, in combat, etc.
Please restore this feature.
I will post screen caps of this function later once I find them in my archive.

Suggestion: Drone UI agression feedback Keywords: UI, Drones Note: Drone status updates for agression (red flash similar to Fleet watchlist), Yellow or blue for jammed (Drone owners are not advised aside from looking for max drone count on messages that drones are engaging their target)
-- We often employ jams on heavy hitting drones to break damage application or are on the receiving end of this.

LUH-3417 Ormand wrote:Suggestion: PLEASE FIX PLANETARY INTERACTION Keywords: carpal tunnel, click click click click click click click click, no not that one, I just did that WTF Note: hands down the most excruciating and physically painful activity in all of EVE --- CCP rolled it out, made one pass of improvements, and then hasn't touched it since. It's tedious, cumbersome, and often times painful. PLEASE make it better! Here's a forum thread of some great suggestions: https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=486391Why was this thread closed anyway?
Please yes, this.
Also if possible include some distance measurements in planetary link information.

Tipa Riot wrote:Sally Clay wrote:Hi! On TEST server i see you remove Advanced Audio Settings. Pls don't do this! If this is not used (in your opinion) then it does not mean that you need to clean it up. Make checkbox, let the players choose Adv. sett. VS Simple. http://i.imgur.com/2KjyzLt.jpg The purpose of removing the options is to remove the fine granular settings and have less code/UX to maintain. Keeping it as a toggle would nullify the benefit for CCP.
Feedback thread: https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&m=6931003#post6931003
The purpose is understood from the developement side, however from a use case perspective (as I've been pushing for nearly 3 weeks now) is not complete.
Half of the user base didn't even know that the advanced audio settings were even a thing probably so the data they used could have been sewed
They say that this is going to be iterated on, but there needs to be more control not less IMO.
Trust me... Patch day will come, people will react and the forums will explode with unhappy players. We need to ensure that we hold them making this change better over time. Yes this may be the first iteration but hopefully not the last.
This is not a LITTLE thing by a long shot.

Suggestion: Pod skins should be a permanent item applied ot the pod even after the ship is destroyed and state is change from ship to pod.
Note: Right now the capsuleer day skins are pretty pointless if applied to pod as when the ship goes from ship to wreck/pod there is no real application of the skin unless manually applied. This will be the last thing a pilot concerns themselves with as their pod is ejected from the hull.
Please revise the code to maintain pod skin persists so when its generated in space, the skin desired is automatically applied.

Linus Gorp wrote:Remove this annoying "beep" that rings whenever I'm targeted. Or give me the option to turn it off back, which you so graciously removed with your "audio settings streamlining".
This "beep" made me completely mute all my clients and I already lost two ships because I then didn't hear the warning sounds of my ships being ripped apart. How am I to rat AND shitpost on the forums when I can't hear the warning sounds anymore?
